Do you move furniture?

Due to liability exposure we do not move furniture. Moving furniture is optional. If you choose to move furniture we ask that you move the furniture prior to your appointment. 

How long does the carpet take to dry?

Our steam cleaning process does not over saturate your carpets. We also use a technique to extract excess moisture during the cleaning process. Our drying time is typically 8 - 10 hours. Your carpet will not take days to dry. 

 

What should I do prior to my appointment?

If possible we ask that you vacuum prior to our arrival. 


Remove miscellaneous debris from the carpet.


If you choose to move furniture we ask that you move the furniture prior to your appointment.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, debit or credit card. We can also send an invoice via email or text for online payment.


For commercial accounts payment is due immediately after service. We do not accept net 30 payment.

Do you clean high-rise apartment/condo units?

We provide low moisture carpet cleaning for units that require access via elevator. Many condos and apartments located in downtown

We do not service all areas in Central Ohio. If you book online we will advise if we can provide service in your area. Please see our service
